My computer had been attacked by a virus. Contacted a local computer repair company in my neighborhood, but their fees were too high and they would not have been able to provide service within 24 hours. Fortunately, a colleague of mine highly recommended Step-up-Techsolutions. She said that there was no problem too big or too small for them to handle. They are the experts in their field. Through my referral, I contacted them. I explained to the technician my problem, quoted me a rate that I could work with and that he would be over immediately. Once the technician came over, inspected my computer, serviced it in a timely manner and explained in detail what went wrong, I was completely satisfied. No mumbo-jumbo, just courteous, professional service the way it should be. Step-up Techsolutions is definitely the way to go.

The Step Up Tech Solutions is a great computer company. They work until the problem is resolved and explain to you what they are doing. You can have them come to your home, or fix your computer remotely (they take control of your computer by you giving them a code to access it). Their rates are reasonable and they work fast to alleviate your stress. Call them for any computer repair issues.

Step-Up-Solutions SAVED THE DAY. The data in my system had completely been lost, so I thought. At the time I had called a popularized company, that sent, what they called a tech to my home and with no avail explained to me that there was no way to recover my data. I was extremely upset discussing this matter with a group of colleagues of mine they highly suggested Step-Up-Solutions which can do the work over the phone and/or come to the desired location for service. I called late on a weekend and sure enough the Professional Person on the other line explained the circumstances and that someone could pickup my computer at my doorstep without me steping out. Same day pick-up and delivery was preformed with my data being TOTALLY RECOVERED at a fraction of the cost of the other so called company. Step-Up-Solutions is the wave of the future.

I used Step-up Techsolutions starting in 2008 and have had continuous good service and results. Originally a tech came to my apartment in Ft Lee but recently I have connected with an expert right in their office in Union city via http://teamviewer.com which allows them to work on my Toshiba lap-top remotely.
My most serious problem was wrong advice given by Toshiba and I lost my e-mail folders and address book. Everything was recovered in a few hours by Step-up remotely.
I have also received instructions on how to back up and do preventaive maintgenance.
Their charges were reasonable -especially when they work remotely from their office.

Step-up Techsolutions is by far a superior tech support service in the IT industry. I called Step-up Techsolutions after dealing with another large firm, “BlankSquad” for what seemed to be a major crisis with my computer and network that was going to cost me a fortune. After explaining my situation to the head technician at Step-up Techsolutions, he assured me that he could remotely fix my problem. After granting him access to my PC he resolved my PC and networking issues with complete ease in a matter of minutes. There are so many “tech support experts” out there but you don’t know who you are getting on the phone half the time. With complete confidence and without reservation I highly recommend Step-up Techsolutions! A very professional and knowledgeable organization. You will not be disappointed.
